Kelly is a key contributor at MME in the effective utilization of proprietary managed markets business tools and research designed to enhance profitability for clients. Her experience in managing stakeholder goals and assessing internal and external environmental influences helps clients assign appropriate and realistic product value while maximizing access. She spent 12 years in industry creating and effectively managing price strategies and contract tactics to shape brand value propositions and optimize profitability within multiple market segments, most recently at Sanofi. Kelly was responsible for list price strategy and implementation for entire in-line product portfolios at Pharmacia/Pfizer and Roche Laboratories. Her work spanned the varied market scenarios of new indications, generic/OTC competition, brand leadership, and late entrants (i.e., “me-too”) in a variety of therapeutic classes such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory, osteoporosis, urology, anti-infectives, virology, osteoarthritis, and dermatology. Kelly has also worked on related infrastructure/process initiatives, including tactical road maps, development and negotiation of contracts, and related training. Her relevant experience includes territory sales for injectable insulin products and nine years in relationship-oriented commercial banking roles.
Kelly obtained a BS in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
