Matt has an extensive background in US commercial and government pricing and contracting and in government-mandated price reporting for pharmaceutical and biological products. He brings clients a solid financial understanding of manufacturer/distribution/payer relationships in managed care, GPO, LTC, home health care, distributors, specialty pharmacy providers, Medicare Part D, and other government programs. During his tenure as Head of Contracting and Price Reporting at Bayer Pharmaceuticals Corporation, he led the department and worked in diverse therapeutic areas including oncology, anti-infectives, hemophilia/blood products, diabetes, and sexual dysfunction, both at launch and throughout the products’ life cycles. Matt has vast experience from a manufacturer’s perspective on compliance issues and corporate integrity agreements. Prior to his work at Bayer, Matt spent several years in the finance department at Sikorsky Aircraft. He received his BS in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and holds an MBA from the University of New Haven.
